Einige Möbel / Dinge sind schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Duschstange sollte erneuert werden. Die Terrasse ist so auch nicht einladend. Die Stühle sind teilweise defekt und das Holz schon sehr verwittert und voller Moos.

Positiv war das die Wohnung sehr dicht am Hafen liegt und man kommt sehr gut und schnell in die Stadt. An der Straße war auch direkt eine Busverbindung.
Negativ war für uns die Küche sie sah etwas ungepflegt aus. Die Wand sah so aus als würde sie voller Fett sein. Es gab auch keine Schneidebretter die Küchen Messer waren auch sehr stumpf. Im Schlafzimmer wo der Balkon dran ist fanden wir die Abdunkelung nicht ausreichend. Vielleicht könnte man sich...
Die Ferienwohnung war soweit gut.

Bushaltestellen vor der Tür. So konnte man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Zentrale Lage. Fußläufig viel zu erreichen.
Wenig Parkmöglichkeiten. Parkhaus zwar in der Nähe aber wenn man das Auto länger stehen lässt, wird es für manchen kostspielig.
