Description of the accommodation

Terramatr is an oasis of peace in the green countryside of Noto, the capital of the Baroque, whose historic centre was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. This wonderful holiday home, with its splendour, is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday A private pool surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and at a distance from the chaotic city centre, allows you to enjoy the warm Sicilian sun and switch off reading a book in one of the many shaded courtyards, which have been designed with care and elegance. Just a few kilometres from the sea and from beautiful towns such as Syracuse and Ragusa. The villa has 17 beds, some of them in beautiful outbuildings in the garden, with private bathrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious living room. The owner of the villa also has the neighbouring farm, an " oasis of carob and almond trees, which is why you may come across him, because he also takes care of the maintenance of the villa's garden and swimming pool.

Reservations for groups or parties of people under 30 years of age are not permitted
The organisation of student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited in this house
