Comfortable and cozy apartment of 50 sqm, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The accommodation is strategically located, halfway between the city center and the hospital.
The property is equipped with every comfort, including a large balcony, air conditioning and WIFI; all to make your stay in Udine unforgettable! Availability of an open parking space reserved for guests. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, balcony access and A/C nozzle; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, A/C nozzle and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, laundry, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (A/C nozzle in the living room and in the bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Availability of a parking space reserved for guests in the courtyard. PLEASE NOTE: we inform our guests that you can park your bikes in the courtyard. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Alles super organisiert!!Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, aber zu Fuß ist man in 20 min. im centro storico.
