Description of the apartment

Holiday flat 3 (non-smoking flat) is the smallest flat on the ground floor of the house, size approx. 25 square metres. The basement flat has an approx. 14 square metre living/bedroom with wall unit, two wardrobes, French bed (lying surface 140 x 190 cm), TV set, computer table and armchair.

In the flat there is a small fitted kitchen (approx. 5 square metres), equipped with fridge/freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, sink, table and 2 chairs, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The small bathroom (approx. 3 square metres) has a shower, WC, washbasin, mirror cabinet and washing machine. Hairdryer, shower and hand towels.

Description of the accommodation

Our 3 holiday flats, (holiday flat 1, on the upper floor, approx. 65 m²), (holiday flat 2, on the ground floor, approx. 40 m²), as well as (holiday flat 3, basement flat on the ground floor, approx. 25 m²), are located in a well-kept apartment building in a preferred, quiet residential area in the southern part of Kaiserslautern, between the Technical University and the Fritz-Walter Stadium and in the immediate vicinity of the forest. Free parking available on own property and on public roads. Dogs in the household.

The cosy, well-equipped holiday flats in our house are the ideal starting point for cycling, hiking, mountain biking and Nordic walking to excursion destinations in the surrounding area. You can also find peace and relaxation here in a family atmosphere.

The main railway station and several shopping centres are just a 15-minute walk away, while the city centre and old town are around 25 minutes away on foot.

The motorway A 6 (E 50) and A 63 are only 4 - 5 km away.
