INDEPENDENT BEDROOM: The small bedroom has no window and is equipped with a double sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a fan. BATHROOM: The bathroom includes a large bathtub with a shower, a bidet, a towel rack, an electronic magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer. You will also find the washing machine here. The toilets are separate. Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building.

Die Nähe zur Promenade (5min zu Fuß) sowie die Nähe zur Altstadt, zu Geschäften, Restaurants... die Möglichkeit zur Buchung einer Garage (2min zu Fuß / Extrakosten). Die Wohnung ist typisch französisch. Ein Mix aus alt und neu. Nicht alles funktioniert, aber c'est la vie.
Der Komfort des Bettes. Matratze und Bettdecke sind verbesserungswürdig. Wir hätten uns für den Minibalkon eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit gewünscht.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, car au 5ème étage. Charme de l'architecture "début de siècle", avec ascenseur qui étonne les plus jeunes, plafonds assez hauts... mais logement aménagé de façon moderne (équipement cuisine et télévision notamment )

L'appartement est bien éclairé. Il a deux balcons. Il est grand. Il est surtout très bien situé, près du Tram, près de la mer, près de bons restos etc. L'appartement est équipé de deux télés avec beaucoup de chaînes. Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée.
