Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung
Der Eingangsbereich und das Treppenhaus sind wenig einladend, wenn nicht sogar abschreckend.
Dieser Bereich wertet den Gesamteindruck stark ab.
Kleinere Renovierungen wären ratsam und würden die Wohnung aufwerten.
