A warm welcome to our cozy vacation farm! We, the Koll family, welcome you to our little vacation paradise. You can expect a family-run and child-friendly farm, in an absolutely quiet and impressive location. Enjoy unrestricted views of the magnificent mountain panorama of the Unterberg and the Hoher Göll. Relaxation and recreation is guaranteed with us. Both in winter and in summer, the beautiful surroundings directly motivate you to go hiking and walking. The more athletic can undertake extensive mountain bike tours or climb peaks.For the little ones there is much to discover around our farm! The above prices are plus visitor's tax of EUR 3.10 for adults, EUR 1.55 for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and EUR 0.00 for children from 0 to 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change).

Arrival Description
You can reach us via the federal highway A8 Munich-Salzburg. After the (former) border crossing Salzburg the highway splits, you turn right in the direction of Villach and leave it at the first exit in the direction of Berchtesgaden and after a few kilometers you arrive directly in Marktschellenberg. At the church in Marktschellenberg turn left and follow the road.

Description of the accommodation
The apartments are equipped with TVs, radios, microwave ovens, refrigerators, coffee makers, kettles, toasters, egg stoves and with extensive dining and cooking utensils.
