With stunning views, infinity pool, super-fast WiFi and modern air-conditioning, this large luxury villa is close to the beautiful perched villages of Provence and in easy reach of the beaches and sights of the sparkling Côte d'Azur.
In a serene and completely private environment offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, you'll quickly embrace the calming atmosphere of this classic residence. Savour the breathtaking vistas from the shaded veranda, delight in the fragrant blooms of oleander, jasmine and abundant lavender and immerse yourself in the enchanting symphony of birdsong.
Step inside to experience tranquillity that seamlessly extends from the inviting through-lounge & dining room to a well-equipped kitchen and five recently renovated bedrooms (three en-suite). The emphasis is on uncluttered simplicity, air, light and space; with dark wood set against white walls, cooling terracota-tiled flooring, and minimalist décor.
Amenities outside include al-fresco dining, a BBQ, swing, and luxurious infinity pool and landscaped garden. Inside, there is a well-stocked library, a DVD player (with stash of Region 2 films), a Sonos multi-room sound system, and a flat-screen Andriod TV (from where you can log-in to your own streaming apps or enjoy our free, house Netflix account).
Being just a four-minute walk from the village square there is no need for a car (although the property has 3 private partaking airwaves for guests) and is perfect for that morning stroll for the baguette or for an evening out where everyone can enjoy a glass of wine with their meal! But it also means super-fast (2Gbps fibre) broadband; enhanced by a Wifi-6 mesh (to ensure great connectivity across the whole property). Perfect if you need to ‘work from home’ or for gaming on our complimentary Playstation 5 console (in the ‘multi-use room’ upstairs).

Montauroux is an ideal base for exploring the six Perched Villages of the Pays de Fayence. Each village has its own distinctive character and rich cultural heritage; sharing leafy squares, cobblestone streets, and charming boutiques. Perfect for a coffee or fresh food market in the day or a romantic meal at night. There are lots of things to do locally, including regular live entertainment in the main square (4 mins walk) fantastic cinema, tennis & football courts, bike-hire, and a Go-Karts all within easy walking distance of the villa.
Montauroux is also the closest (of the villages) to the beach and azure waters of the Lac de Saint-Cassien, and to the autoroute (for day trips). Our nearest seaside beaches - at Cannes La Napouelle or Théoule-sur-Mer - are just 35 minutes drive. If you are a golfer, hiker, or watersports enthusiast, you will find the area well served.

The owners have paid attention to every detail, with high-thread-count bedding, fine-tuned air-conditioning, and lots of things for the kids to do inside on that rare rainy day.
