Welcome to our holiday home Huus Sünnschien, completed in August 2023.
We have designed our holiday home with care and attention to detail to offer you a true oasis of well-being from the very first moment.
Notes on further costs and fees:
Rental prices are for 5 people.
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Special highlight: With a booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card.
This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility, and leisure/culture. A parking space and a lockable bicycle shed are available free of charge. Bed linen, towels, and firewood can be ordered for a fee upon request.
A bread roll service and bicycles can also be provided for a fee. Your holiday begins in a non-smoking house that promises relaxation and recreation. Enter the spacious living and dining area – here, air conditioning on hot days and a fireplace on cool evenings ensure a pleasant atmosphere. A generous dining table offers space for shared meals and game nights. The well-equipped kitchen with a counter directly adjacent to the dining area allows you to prepare delicious meals without losing shared time. From the living and dining area, you can access the terrace, where you can relax in loungers and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
Additionally, a lounge with a solar parasol by the water in the garden invites you to linger. On the ground floor, your private wellness bathroom with a sauna, whirlpool, and shower awaits you. Here you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind. A washing machine with an integrated dryer is located in the house's own utility room. On the upper floor, a comfortable sofa awaits you on the gallery, overlooking the lake park. Furthermore, both bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with a comfortable box spring bed, and are perfectly furnished for restful nights. For even more comfort on the 1st floor, there is an additional toilet with natural light. After a pleasant bike tour, you can park your bicycles (owned or rented) in the house's own bicycle shed.
The bicycle shed is equipped with a socket for charging e-bikes. Our house is located in a quiet area by the water, near the Vechtesee lake. A canoe for 4 people is available to you free of charge from April to October. Take boat tours on the Vechte river, explore the numerous cycle paths, or visit the local outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The zoo in Nordhorn is also a highlight.
Additionally, the nearby Netherlands invites you to take day trips. The town of Nordhorn beckons with cozy cafés and restaurants as well as shopping opportunities.

Es war sehr Sauber und hatte eine sehr tolle Einrichtung.Die Sauna und der Whirlpool waren das Highlight.
Auch der schöne große Garten direkt am See ist ein Traum und lädt zum entspannen ein.
Perfekt um den Alltag zu entkommen um etwas zu entspannen.
Das kein Bettbezug und keine Handtücher im Preis mit inbegriffen war.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung.Sehr gut gelegen, man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten in Nordhorn.Tolle Fahrradwege direkt vor der Haustür.Diese Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
