A deposit of €1,000 will be made via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.


Beds will be made on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc, etc.) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.

The village of Talloires can pride itself on being one of the most beautiful villages in France, its exceptional bay sheltering its small marina just a few steps from the beach and breathing a thousand stories and legends.


Nearby, you can enjoy a wide range of activities

In summer:

- cycling (the cycle path accessible from the RIVE EST now allows you to cycle around the lake); you can also try your hand at the stages of the Tour de France, which passes close to Annecy every summer.

- hiking (many walks start from the house: the Cascade d'Angon (5mns), l'Ermitage, les dents de Lanfon )

- sailing, pedal boats, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddling, water skiing (we will be happy to put you in touch with our partner in Talloires)

- paragliding : You'll be able to watch them take off from Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: a daily spectacle guaranteed!

La Grimpette (2.5 km)

This trail starts from the Berger Nordic area, passes behind the Chatillon restaurant and runs the length of the "Bûcherons" green alpine trail. It leads up to the Alpages de Vial, located on the plateau at the top of the resort.

Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km) This trail is located in the Plateau Nordic sector, at the top of the resort. It is accessible from the Courant d'Ere restaurant.
