On the 1st floor a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet (access to the bathroom is through the bedroom, a screen however allows to hide the passage) and large closet, 1 double bed 160X200, 1 folding bed can be used by a child or teenager.
A baby bed can be installed.
Gas central heating.
Provision of a 4G box for Wi-Fi access. 20 minutes northeast of Limoges, at the foot of the Monts d'Ambazac, the cottage is located in the heart of a small village on the heights of the commune of Ambazac.
All shops are 700 m away.
Adjoining another cottage, it is accessed by two steps.
A family home for several generations, the beams and the period staircase (a little steep) bear witness to its ancient origins.

Gîte agréable et spacieux. Cadre de vie agréable, légèrement en retrait du centre ville, mais que l on atteint en 10 minutes à pied. Ville avec commerçants de proximité et un supermarché. Et n oublions pas l accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Après une journée active et sportive, le lieu dit est d'un calme sans limite. Durant les jours de forte chaleur les vieux et épais murs jouent bien leur rôle en gardant la fraîcheur.
