This spacious and modern holiday home extends over two floors and, with its 5 rooms, offers enough space for up to 8 people - perfect for families or groups who want to spend a relaxing holiday in natural surroundings.

On the ground floor, the bright living and dining area with a cosy fireplace forms the heart of the house. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. Directly adjacent is a bedroom with two single beds, a modern shower room and a practical storage room.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, each with comfortable hotel beds. Another highlight is the shower room with adjoining sauna, which invites you to enjoy a private spa experience.

There are two terraces at your disposal. The large meadow right next to the house invites you to experience nature - enjoy the wide view of the greenery, let off steam or relax in the middle of the peaceful landscape.

The air conditioning in the living room and upstairs ensures pleasant temperatures in the house on hot days.

The holiday home has two parking spaces in an adjacent central car park.

Information on visitor's tax and possible additional costs:
The visitor's tax is charged at the time of booking and is included in the total cost. In the event of changes to the statutes, the tourist tax rate may change until your arrival. The tourist tax charged by the municipality is always payable.
Laundry is not included in the rental price. Linen packages (made-up beds, towel, shower towel, bath mat - 25.00 euros/person) can be booked separately.
If you use the sauna, this electricity (currently 0.50 euros/kWh) will be charged separately according to consumption.
We will provide you with firewood for your fireplace on arrival and can be purchased if required.
