It has a total of three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. There is also an open gallery on the upper floor as a cosy retreat for relaxing. On the west-facing balcony, you can spend cosy evenings with a glass of wine and the relaxing sounds of the adjacent forest and the nearby Schlei.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with adjoining fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace, also facing west.

The holiday home is located in a small holiday home development just five minutes by car from Kappeln town centre.The Baltic Sea fjord Schlei is only a few metres away on foot and several Baltic Sea beaches are also very close by.
The idyllic harbour town of Kappeln on the Schlei and Baltic Sea is a state-approved resort, also known as the film location "Deekelsen" from the ZDF series "Der Landarzt".
