On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a triple en-suite bedroom with a shower, a double en-suite bedroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a double en-suite bedroom with a bathtub, offering greater privacy and comfort.
The lower floor features a games area with a snooker table and a table tennis table, perfect for entertaining both young and old.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a functional space for meal preparation, with convenient access to the outdoor area.
Outside, highlights include the large private pool, a heated pool (additional cost), a generous garden, a dining area next to the barbecue, and a games area, complemented by parking for one car, perfect for sunny days and social gatherings.
Located in a quiet residential area near the center of Carvoeiro, the villa is close to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and Carvoeiro Beach.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will consistently be between 5ºC and 8ºC warmer than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with a booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: €250 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 9 guests.
For the 10th to 13th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.
