Public parking spaces are located right in front of the flat entrance, although it is important to note that parking is metered during the day. However from 19:00 to 09:00, parking is free.

Vicinity to Key Locations: The flat is only 700 metres from the Spedali Civili di Brescia, making it an ideal option for those who need quick access to medical facilities. The Istituto Clinico Città di Brescia is only 300 metres away, while the Marconi metro stop is also 300 metres away. In addition, Iginio Massari's renowned Pasticceria Veneto is only a 10-minute walk away. The beautiful Piazza Loggia is only a 5-minute drive away.
