Public parking spaces are located right in front of the flat entrance, although it is important to note that parking is metered during the day. However from 19:00 to 09:00, parking is free.

The Istituto Clinico Città di Brescia is only 300 metres away, while the Marconi metro stop is also 300 metres away.
