A communal shower room is also available for the rest of the group, and a cloakroom can also be found downstairs.

The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities you'll need to rustle up delicious meals during your stay.

Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. The cottage is in a beautiful setting and is ideally situated for exploring Kent and Sussex. It was very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed being able to walk around the grounds each day and greeting owners goats, horses and cows. There is also a lovely pub which serves great food a 5 minute walk away.

The cottage was perfect. It was situated in a beautiful, tranquil setting and had every convenience. The owners were friendly, helpful and very welcoming with a few ‘goodies’ left for our arrival. We would highly recommend it to oldies like us and to young families who would delight in what the farm offers.

Faye & Wes are first class hosts. Nothing is too much trouble to them for their guests. I had 3 grandchildren with me who were allowed to be children. The farm animals were a highlight for the children. Walking nearby added wildlife viewing to our holiday. I rang the bells at St Matthew church over the road. Great, well equipped cottage & I would like return there when I can.
