This 70 m² flat in Rungis can accommodate up to 6 people (ideal for 4 adults with 2 children). Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a pretty house with blue shutters in the heart of the village and in its green setting.
It comprises a 30 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room overlooking the park with sofa, armchair, TV (Netflix platform with free access) - A dining area where you can enjoy a meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), large wardrobe - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), desk - Bedroom 3: two single beds with a library of games and books for children - Two bathrooms with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The apartment is ideally located in Rungis-Ville, in a very pleasant and quiet village environment.
It's 100 meters from Place Louis XIII with its many restaurants, bakery, supermarket... and well connected to public transport. Activities : - Parc de Sceaux - Verrières woods - L'Hay les Roses rose garden - Versailles Castle - Aquatic centres at Athis Mons and Villejuif - Forest of Fontainebleau .... and all the riches of the City of Light, PARIS! Events nearby : - Rungis offers local events with its cultural centre and media library. - All the cultural events and tourist attractions are available in Paris and Versailles. Transportation: If you come by car, you can park on the street in front of the apartment (free public parking). There are several free public parking lots in Rungis, just a few hundred meters away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Orly 9 km and 10 minutes by taxi or VTC and Tram T7 - Porte d'Italie 40 minutes away via Bus 131 (stop 150 m away), TVM and Metro Line 7, also accessible via Tram 7 - Paris via TVM then RER B or Bus 216 - Notre Dame / Place Saint Michel in 55 minutes direct via RER C - Massy TGV and Château de Versailles 50 minutes direct via RER C Other comments: - Access to the second floor is strictly private and remains unoccupied during your stay.

L’appartement est proche d’Orly environ 15min en transport. Il est bien desservie par les transports en commun, et il y’a tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Et les propriétaires sont très agréables.
