Holiday home in a fantastic location directly on Lake Kösen, near Lake Bolmen.
The house has its own spot on the lake. A quiet location, in a small residential area with nice Swedish neighbors. Lovingly furnished house with a large open living area and a beautiful view of the lake. Ideal for boat and fishing trips on Lake Kösen with its small islands, which are perfect for picnics. In the summer, you can take the boat to the steakhouse (on the nearby river), a great and adventurous excursion. Also reachable by boat is the café with a farm, pizzeria, and farm shop Prästgården Annerstad.
In the summer, there is a treasure hunt for children as well as the opportunity to "help" on the farm. The house in Östraby has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as two small bedrooms with bunk beds and single beds. A dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and washing machine are available. Bed linen, table linen, and towels can be rented. The nearest supermarket directly on the E4 is about 10 minutes away.
The city of Ljungby with many beautiful shops and museums is about 15 minutes away. Popular excursion destinations in rainy weather include the Väla shopping center in Helsingborg, one of Europe's most fantastic covered shopping centers with shops and of course many Swedish shops.
The city center of Helsingborg with its cultural center (art exhibitions) and concert hall right on the harbor is also worth a visit. A day trip to the sea takes only about 40 minutes to Halmstad (approx. 60km), a port city with many nice beaches, cafés, and shops. Indoor playgrounds are available in Lagan (24 km), Halmstad (62 km), and Växjö (71 km). Activities late summer/autumn: there are many blueberries and mushrooms in the surrounding area that can be searched for/picked. Winter sports: ice fishing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, ice hockey.
You can also look forward to cozy evenings by the fireplace. The owner family lives only about 3 minutes away and speaks German, English, Danish, and French. If you are arriving by plane, have limited luggage space, and therefore need additional items for your stay (e.g., toys, etc.), you are welcome to contact the landlord in advance at any time. Das versprochen aus der Beschreibung ist seit 5 Jahren kaputt und nicht nutzbar. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Im Bad ist der Abfluss der Dusche defekt, somit schwimmt das Bad beim Duschen. Fugen in der Dusche schwarz. Fugen in der Küche rausgebrochen. Möbel war in einem Sperrmüllreifen Zustand.
