Spacious flat in rustic style, with 4 bedrooms and no less than two balconies with a view of the Dolomites, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults + 1 child under 14.


This flat is furnished in typical Tyrolean style, to best experience the spirit of the mountains.


The flat consists of no less than 4 double bedrooms (one of which has an additional single sofa bed), two living rooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, washbasin, an additional bathroom with shower only, two living rooms, one of which has a kitchenette, and no less than two balconies with a view of the Dolomites.


The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.


There are no less than two balconies, one of which has a wonderful view of the Dolomites. You can also use the wonderful communal garden with a view of the Dolomites.

The flat is located on the second floor and can only be reached by using the stairs.


Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

According to the recent provincial law, this flat can accommodate a maximum of:


- Adults (from 14 years of age): 8


- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure


We would like to point out that this regulation is subject to control by the competent authority and violation of it results in very heavy fines. For this reason it will in no way be possible to make exceptions.


Casa Martina is located in a lovely sunny area in the municipality of Selva di Val Gardena, but only a few steps away from the centre of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena.


The proximity to the centre of Santa Cristina and to the Plan da Tieja ski slopes make the location particularly advantageous for any activity. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, buses etc. are all approx. 400 metres from the house.


In winter the location is ideal. The Plan da Tieja ski slope and ski lift, with adjacent children's playground, are approx. 100 metres from the house. For the start, the free ski bus stops just over 100 metres from the house and can take you to either the Col Raiser or Sochers gondola lift, both of which are in the Dolomiti Superski, connecting you to the legendary Sellaronda. For the return journey, you can ski right up to the Plan da Tieja slope, approx. 100 metres from the house.


Also at Plan da Tieja you will find the nearest ski rental and ski school.


In summer, the first hiking trails start right behind the house. You can reach the Col Raiser gondola lift in 10 minutes on foot (or in the peak months also using the free bus, which stops a little more than 100 metres from the house).


You can also enjoy the alpine sun, admiring the majestic Dolomites, from the magnificent communal garden of the Martina house.


For families with children, casa Martina is the ideal solution, as within a few minutes' walk you will find various playgrounds and public facilities for children, as well as the famous little train ride with adjoining bicycle path, which will allow you to visit the whole of Val Gardena.


Casa Martina has two outdoor parking spaces, a ski depot, towels, bed linen and Wi-Fi connection free of charge.

Some houses provide remote check-in at the house with access by code, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-out: In person from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the office of MUSE.holiday in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with access code).

Not all houses allow pets. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us with a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra with credit card upon check-in.

The heating is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).

The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).

It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.

Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorisation of the security deposit by SWIKLY of 500€ by credit card.

If not previously agreed upon, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided upon check-in have to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for the collection of the keys.

The final cleaning fee covers only the standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
