Flat 5 Fairwinds is a first-floor apartment consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for three guests and a sitting area with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a single with TV, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private front balcony with furniture, shared communal gardens and off-road parking is available at the rear of the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved dog welcomed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Flat 4 Fairwinds is a lovely base from which to begin your next adventure in Dorset. Note: Parking will be charged per stay if the permit is not left in the property at the end of the stay. Note: Access to the property is via a set of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.

Super little property that suited my husband and me and our 13 years old daughter. Great for daughter to have her own space. Super clean, particularly fluffy towels, generous loo paper provision and choccy biscuits kindly left for us. All lovely touches that you don’t always get. It was just easy living which shows how good it was.

Lovely stay at 5 Fairwinds. Comfortable apartment, great off road parking, sunny south facing balcony, good communication with owner. And everything worked. Perfect location. A freezer would be great and update on decoration but saying that we would rebook.

Overall ok really enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was the shower it was either scalding hot or freezing. The flat could do with a freezer and not just a fridge. Overall we have a nice stay with amazing weather
