1 Court Cottages houses an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite whirlpool bath, handheld shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a river and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent.
