Véronique and Christian welcome you to an elegant and unique manor house dating back to 1840, meticulously restored and nestled on a former vineyard estate. This residential hamlet (home to a family-run winery with no significant disturbances) is tucked away in a small valley, in the heart of the vineyards of the renowned Saint-Véran appellation, just 1 km from the picturesque village of Chânes, a peaceful and perfectly preserved wine-growing village boasting a rich heritage (an elegant 11th-century Romanesque church, listed historical Burgundian houses, a 17th-century château, etc.). Located in the heart of the Mâconnais countryside, within a magnificent landscape of rolling vineyards, meadows, idyllic rivers, and wooded hills, the property offers superb panoramic viewpoints to discover nearby. The gîte is very comfortable, spacious, and bright, featuring a large living area with generous proportions. A warm, bourgeois charm with contemporary touches, blending tradition and modernity in a luxurious and refined atmosphere. Full of character and character.
