The holiday rental consists of a house and an outbuilding located just opposite.
In the house, you will have:
- On the ground floor: a living room with living room and lounge area with open fireplace, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: a small bedroom under the eaves (1 bed 160x200). Another bed is possible in a second small bedroom (1 bed 140x190).
In the single-storey outbuilding (located about ten meters away), there is a bedroom (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x190), with private shower room/wc.
Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace with garden table and plancha, garden furniture and above all the 5x10 m swimming pool and 1.50 m deep (open from May 4 to October 18). At the front of the cottage, children can have fun in the garden. You can park 3 cars in the driveway. The mild and sunny climate of Locmariaquer contributes to making this charming town an ideal holiday resort, popular with holidaymakers for the beauty of the sites, its beautiful sandy beaches, its nautical activities including sailing, its hikes and its picturesque fishing ports. …Lovers of old stones will be able to discover very beautiful sites in the town. Do not miss Trinité Sur Mer during your stay with its port and its regattas. The house, nestled in a fully enclosed property and out of sight, will be the perfect place for holidays with family or friends. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette Maison très bien équipée, L'espace extérieur est très agréable, calme et reposant. Patricia est très accueillante et très réactive. Nous reviendrons pour explorer encore la région.

Un séjour fantastique dans un petit paradis. Le gîte est super fonctionnel, bien décoré, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très agréable (transats, salon de jardin...). Et la région très belle et offre de nombreuses possibilités d'activités (bateau, surf, bodyboard, visites...). Et la propriétaire est charmante et à l'écoute.

Bon séjour dans cette maison agréable et avec un très joli jardin qu'une piscine chauffée vient complétér.Petit bémol pour la pompe à chaleur qui chauffe la piscine et qui est assez bruyante et à proximité immédiate de l'espace détente autour de la piscine.
