A Dream Holiday Home on the South Coast of Sweden
All holiday guests who choose this sought-after address on the south coast of Sweden can expect an exclusive, architect-designed holiday home by the sea for their next Swedish vacation.
Built in 2012, the villa offers high-class holiday accommodation with a modern layout consisting of open spaces, glass surfaces, pleasant underfloor heating, and consistently tasteful material choices.
From the whirlpool on the unusually generous terrace, which runs around the front and gable of the house, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea horizon through the pine trees and the adjacent nature reserve.
The house offers beautiful living areas, an exclusive kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, a fully tiled bathroom, a fully tiled relaxation room with shower and toilet, a laundry room, and an attic.
The property also features a large, extended carport and an insulated storage building.
The property is alternately flat and hilly with something for everyone and is located as one of the last houses in a quiet cul-de-sac approximately 160 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.

Stefan
Wir hatten einen sehr schöner Urlaub, die Lage vom Ferienhaus ist sehr gut, Åhus hat einige nette kleine Restaurants und der Strand wohl einer der schönsten von Schweden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)
