Located on the ground floor (with steps), it comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises - A living room with a 120 cm flat-screen TV, a sofa and a double sofa-bed. - A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... - A bright loggia with dining area - Bathroom with shower and WC Mezzanine : - A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed Outside : - A 2 m² sea-view balcony with armchairs to enjoy the fine weather The apartment is ideally located in Trouville-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby. Trouville is a lively seaside resort, and your stay will be an opportunity to recharge your batteries and discover the wonders of the region.
The ideal location of our accommodation, just 100 m from Trouville beach and 2.5 km from Deauville beach, offers you a multitude of activities: swimming, water sports and sailing, walking or cycling, go-karting, escape games, tennis, horse-riding... For a moment of relaxation, head to the "Cures Marines" spa center (250 m away), where you'll leave feeling soothed and refreshed! There's so much to do in the town, don't hesitate to visit the Hippodrome (3.6 km away) or the legendary Deauville or Trouville Casinos (250 m away), emblematic and nationally recognized landmarks! Events nearby : - Deauville American Film Festival - Short Film Festival - Deauville Triathlon and Deauville Marathon Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park for free close to the accommodation, in the streets perpendicular to the sea. Très bonne impression générale, une hôte très réactive et sympathique. Un appartement volumineux, très pratique et bien placé qui serait parfait avec un peu plus de luminosité. Nous avons aimé et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Der Urlaub war von der Ankunft,der Übergabe des Objektes sehr gelungen.
Die Vermieterin war sehr aufgeschlossen und hatte einige Tips für uns.
Auch die Übergabe hat problemlos funktioniert.Dort kann man Wieder mal einkehren.,Danke

Bord de Mer Super appartement, fonctionnel, extrêmement bien situé. Même durant les fortes chaleurs, l’appartement était très agréable à vivre. Lola a été très réactive et disponible.
