The construction date back to the end of the 1800. It is placed in the deep nature of Modica country, in the centre of the Val di Noto. There are a lot of towns reachable by the residence, well-knowed by their beauties that distant few kilometres by the house. Just like Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto; all knowed for the baroque that dominate in all of these. Do not forget Rosolini, Ispica and also Pozzallo with its blue flag with its seashores and the beaches of the Ionian sea, like Marzamemi, Vendicari, etc.


The house got a conservative restoration and it has been designate as a vacation house. The restoration has been done due to traditional parameter.

That gives to the house a sense of charme. However a lot of comfort has been added. Thank to all of this the house can help to admire the real hot Sicily in all of its beauty and in all of its shades.

At guests' disposal
Like old times, the dwelling is surrounded by typical walls, with the landscape full of carob trees and olive trees (it is also full indipendent from other houses).

That helps in order to get an enchanting and fascinating atmosphere in wich you can relax thanks also to the external tub usable in exclusive for the customer of the structure with a diameter of 3 meters and a depth of 1 meter and 20 centimeters.

There is also a gazebo at the external, the typical characteristic courtyard, the canopy and the wide rooms in the interiors of the house. Thanks to this the residence gives you a warm welcoming with a mix of colors, passions, sounds and tastes.

There is also an english lawn, an orchard, a barbecue and a big wood-burning oven that will give you a unique sensation of relax. You will appreciate every single second passed in this beautiful residence, with a fantastic silence and sensation to prove. Why not to taste some of the products typical of the culinary culture of the sicilian south east, the slow food of a time ago.

Each room in the "Donna Tommasa" property has an air conditioner that can heat or cool the temperature.
