The space

Centrally located in the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, and next to Addenbrookes hospital, this is the perfect place for 6 people looking to explore, work, or study, with everything needed a short walk or drive away.


This beautiful recently decorated 3 bedroom house, is furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and stylish stay in Cambridge.


SLEEPING
Main Bedroom: 1 x Super King Size Bed, wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, and a small desk or vanity table and chair. Your own ensuite with walk-in shower.

2nd Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed, wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.

3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed, with a hanging rail.

Each bedroom features their own storage spaces including wardrobes and drawers. Main bathroom has own bath and shower.

Every bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, with travel size toiletries provided including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.



CHILLING
Open plan living/dining room with a flat screen 32 inch Smart TV with Roku Stick to select your favourite Streaming channels. Enjoy the large outdoor space and garden.


EATING
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.


PARKING
A dedicated and free parking space on the driveway in front of the house belonging to the property, is available for guests to use. Free on street parking also available next to the property.


OUT AND ABOUT
Situated next to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals and a short 10 minute drive to Cambridge train station and into the Cambridge city centre, the house is a perfect stay for all occasions.

There is a sports field across the road and a kids playground. It is a 5 minute walk to the local Bun Shop Cafe and convenience store, which is next to the local Fish and Chip shop. A five minute drive to a local Waitrose Superstore, restaurants, pubs, and other cafes.


I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.


There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house and will not be disturbed during their stay.


The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.

Other things to note

- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours

- Smoking in the property is not allowed.

- Extra guests are not allowed.

- Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb

- Pet are not allowed

- Travel Cot available for hire at a cost of £50. High chair for £30. Please request during booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.

- Please remove shoes inside the apartment and leave in entrance hall.

- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a supermarket minutes away.

- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.
