- a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and a new refrigerator (June 2026) with a freezer;
- a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet;
On the mezzanine:
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed (new mattress topper - June 2026)
- a bedroom with two single beds (new mattresses - June 2026)
- a sleeping alcove with a single bed (new mattress and bed base - June 2026)
- another alcove with a new 140cm double sofa bed (June 2026)
- a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.
Good to know: the accommodation may not include cleaning products or condiments, so please bring your own. Linens are not included in the rental; if you opt for the "linens" service, the beds will not be made upon your arrival.
Cleaning is not included; please book it in advance.
The accommodation has a fiber optic internet connection.

The property is well appointed and within easy walking distance of the main lifts and shops/restaurants.
