The living area also has direct access to a private balcony terrace. A modern bathroom with bath/shower completes the interior of this uncomplicated, affordable flat.

The villa flat is located in Porlezza on Lake Lugano, amidst the green parkland of Porto Letizia. The family-friendly complex has a public lakeside park with winding paths and a communal beach with SUP and water sports hire, 2 children's playgrounds and the main Palazzo building with reception, stylish café-bar, modern Italian restaurant Panama and more. There is also an entertainment programme for children during the months of July and August.

The resort's central location on Via Prati means that the town's facilities, bus and ferry links and the main lake road in Porlezza (2-5 minutes' walk away) are all within easy reach. The resort is ideal for a fun-filled and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss lakes and is just a few minutes from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque, well-connected Lake Como resort of Menaggio (22-28 minute drive).
