The beautiful house is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Colonia de Sant Pere. You can take a walk by the sea to the village, where there are restaurants and a small supermarket. The port and the promenade of Colonia de Sant Pere invite you to take long walks. In the other direction is Son Serra de Marina. The two towns are connected by one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. On this beach, if you walk a bit, you will always find a quiet place to sunbathe, even in high season.
