Its 'a fisherman's cottage ( a really authentic one) been given the abnb makeover by rich people able to afford to do so then rent it out for stupid prices.
The changes they've made may appeal to the market. Great we we've got another "authentic property".
The property is haunted anyway so will not be productive financially.
