Nice independent villa with private pool situated a short distance away from the charming town of Greve in Chianti (the town main square is in walking distance – 10 minutes away).
This property, surrounded by beautiful olive groves and vineyards, offers spacious and welcoming interiors.
This villa is within easy reach of Tuscany's most important places of interest (Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra) as well as of the surrounding charming Chianti villages such as Castellina, Gaiole, Radda, Panzano.
Distances: Greve in Chianti centre only 500 metres away, Florence (airport) 32 km, Siena 34 km away, San Gimginano 50 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden (approx. 400 square meters) with private, above-ground swimming-pool (diameter 6 m – depth 1,3 m – open from 01/04 through 04/11).

Der Lack von diesen Objekt ist etwas ab,es ist alles etwas abgwohnt oder beser gesagt abgemietet.
Kaffeemaschine war defekt,haben Vermieterin darauf aufmerksam gemacht,ich sollte mir italienischen Kaffee machen. Wir haben keine neue Maschinen bekommen.
Letztendlich haben wir uns selbst eine Kaffeem...
