The 54 m2 flat is on the 2nd floor with lift. It has air conditioning, which is essential in summer in Juan les Pins.

The lovely terrace overlooking green spaces will enable you to enjoy your meals and take advantage of the mild afternoon and early evening sunshine.


The flat comprises
A large living room with access to a pleasant terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.

2 bedrooms with their own storage areas, one of which has access to the terrace.

An additional shower room is available. A separate toilet.

All fully air-conditioned.

You will find parking spaces outside the residence.


## Access

MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is located in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent on the day of arrival.


The entire flat will be at your disposal.

The residence's swimming pool and tennis court is shared by all residents.


HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housekeeping is included free of charge and includes cleaning after your stay as well as the hire of bed and bath linen by a professional laundry service which we also offer.

One bath towel per person is included.

We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin bag, floor products, kitchen towel.


PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.)

Here are the steps that our service providers follow during the cleaning

You'll have easy access to various means of public transport
- The station is less than 15 minutes' walk away. It will enable you to travel easily by train to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Italy.

- There are bus stops close to the residence to make it easier for you to get around.
