This beautiful, modern yet cozy bungalow, built in 2020, is located in the lower highlands of the Côte d'Azur, just outside the village of 83480 Puget-sur-Argens, wonderfully situated at an altitude of 280 meters in the department of Var. The village is an extremely beautiful holiday destination due to its scenic location between Le Haut Var and the Côte d'Azur, ideal for excursions along the coast as well as into the beautiful Provençal hinterland.
Near the Provençal villages of Roquebrune-sur-Agnes, Bagnols-en-Forêt, not far from Fréjus and Saint-Raphael, with a magnificent view of the Esterel Mountains, nestled within a 13-hectare fenced, wooded property without direct neighbors, you can spend an unforgettable holiday.
Surrounded by pure nature (hiking and cycling trails directly from the house), this wonderful property offers plenty of space not only for families with children and dog(s). You will have at your disposal not only our lovingly designed vegetable garden (we even encourage you to help yourselves to the produce) but also, of course, the small play area for the children. With us, you can decelerate and escape from everyday stress. Since all amenities are available in the village, you are not dependent on a car. The nearest beach is only 17 km away.
The bathing and fishing lake Lac de Saint-Cassien, reachable in 12 km, is highly recommended. With its clear water and pleasant water temperatures of up to 30°C in summer, the lake is a paradise for holidaymakers and water sports enthusiasts of all kinds (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, rowing, diving).
