Ground floor: entrance, living-room (sat. TV) with fireplace, dining area and access to an additional living area with air conditioning (giving on to the ouside) and with double sofa-bed (free of charge for 1 person - if used by 2 persons there is an extra charge of € 80,- / per week) and access to a bedroom with a single bed and to a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with fireplace and dining area.
1st floor (accessible via an external stone staircase too): double bedroom (air conditioning), twin-bedded room (air conditioning), bathroom with shower.
Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00

Fast and polite communication. Flexible for check in/check out was a big help for us due to traffic issues.The accomodation was exactly what we wanted.
The house, the Pool and garden were very clean. The airco and bbq were perfect during the warm weather. Thank you !

Great location in Tuscany! tight roads in and out of the property, must it has the most spectacular views around. 3 min. drive to Cortona. The villa is spacious and very accomodating. Just be sure to ask how to use the dishwasher and washing machine.
