We have combined Spanish and modern influences to create a little gem.

On 83 sqm you live in a quiet yet central location in Isla Cristina.

And best of all: with a fantastic sun terrace!

The holiday home is the perfect starting point for a walk on the beach along the small promenade, which starts directly at the terrace.

The accommodation

In total, the holiday home offers space for 6 people, three bedrooms consisting of two double beds and two single beds.

In the modern living/dining room with Spanish accents there is enough space for cosy hours at the large dining room table with 6 chairs. There is also an open fireplace and a smart TV with YouTube and streaming services.

In the adjoining kitchen you will find a coffee machine, kettle, a new microwave, a new fridge with a large freezer compartment and a new washing machine. In the brightly decorated bathrooms you will find towels, bath towels, hairdryers and toiletries. For families with small children there is a separate cot with changing mat, a buggy and a car seat. We also provide a bicycle, which can be used for short or long trips.

The holiday home can also be used as a remote workspace on a long-term basis thanks to the very fast internet.

Guest access

We have fitted the accommodation with a smart door lock for secure and convenient check-in. You will receive a code by email/Whats App or text message when you book and before you start your holiday. This code is valid for your entire stay.

Use the code to open a key box and the smart door lock on the entrance door. If you have any questions about the opening process, we will be happy to inform you by telephone.

Location:

There is a restaurant with Spanish specialities in the immediate vicinity. Supermarkets and a café are within 150m and 250m walking distance, the city centre is 10min away. A secure car park (lockable) is available directly at the entrance for 1 vehicle. There are further public parking spaces directly in front.
