There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
Wi-Fi, television, fan in each room, Bluetooth speaker, etc.

This flat also has a 10m² private garden opening onto the residence's garden, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands and, for those who love kitesurfing, windsurfing or wingfoiling, the spot!
