The living area is generously designed and features a cozy corner sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
A modern flat-screen TV and a stylish dresser complete the furnishings.
The dining area offers seating for four people and invites you to enjoy shared meals or relaxed game nights. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
You will find a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment.
For your daily needs, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also available.
Here you can cater to yourself as you please. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (mattress size 2x 90x200 cm), guaranteeing restful nights.
A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space, and an additional TV provides evening entertainment.
External roller shutters allow the room to be darkened for undisturbed sleep. In the children's room, there is a flexible single bed that can be extended into a double bed (mattress size 2x 90x200 cm) if needed – a practical solution for families with children or friends traveling together. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
A heated towel rail provides additional comfort, especially on cooler days.
An additional guest toilet is also available, making the apartment particularly practical even when fully occupied. This holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment where dogs are warmly welcome – so you can bring your four-legged friend along.
WLAN is available and can be used free of charge, although access is via a hotspot. A dedicated parking space is located directly at the house, ensuring you always have a secure place to park.
Please note that the entrance is located on the right side of the house behind a restaurant and there is no elevator, meaning the apartment is not accessible.
A washing machine is not available, so laundry planning should be done accordingly. A beach chair is not part of the amenities, but the ideal location directly on the promenade and the proximity to the beach invite you to explore the surroundings according to your own preferences.
The central location offers a wealth of leisure activities and relaxation right on your doorstep. Look forward to a relaxing holiday with views of the Baltic Sea and enjoy the perfect combination of a central location and maritime flair!
