This wonderful flat is located in the north of the island of Lanzarote at the seafront in the beautiful village of Punta Mujeres. From the balcony of the living room you go down a few steps and you are already in the water. You are now in one of the natural pools of this quiet fishing village.

It is located 1 m from the "Piscina natural", 150 m from the supermarket, 150 m from the bus station, 200 m from the restaurant, 45 km from the airport. It is a three-storey building. First floor is Ocean Pebbles, first floor a private flat and the third floor, the terrace.



The flat can accommodate 4 people and all the rooms are on the same floor. From the entrance hall, you will go up to the roof terrace, where you will enjoy magnificent views of the ocean, while relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a wonderful sunset.



Ocean Pebbles consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite shower and toilet. The bathroom is in a room with a door in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows.



The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated in the same space, creating a very comfortable and spacious loft with sea views. The accommodation is 75 m² and is tastefully and modernly furnished. You have free internet access (wifi), 1 fan, 1 TV and 1 DVD.


From the balcony you have access to the beach,


The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, classic Italian electric kettle and Expresso capsule coffee machine, juicer and tea kettle. You will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook like at home.



In the hall where you will find the stairs to the upper terrace, you will find the cleaning kit, ironing board, iron and the various waste bins for recycling.



The flat is semi-sustainable, with a solar panel for hot water.



The magnificent 60 m² terrace has garden furniture, 3 sun loungers and a Balinese hut where you can relax. You also have a separate space where you can hang your clothes.

The terrace is sometimes shared with the owners, but they are not usually there most of the year. So it will probably be exclusive for you.
