Bright flat with terrace and lake view a few steps from the centre of Bellagio and the pier.


The flat, with a vintage style but very tidy and essential, is complete with every comfort and is located on the first floor of a house without lift. The entrance opens onto the living room, equipped with a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen with microwave, kettle, juicer and toaster. From the living area you have access to the terrace furnished with a table and chairs from which you can admire the landscape. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed and capacious wardrobe.


Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection and heating.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Prominent among these treasures is Bellagio, 'The Pearl of the Lario', a village of just over 3,000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, into which the two branches of the lake divide.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village are undoubtedly its enchanting villas, world-famous for their magnificence and manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of streets and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study and conference centre of the Rockefeller Foundation, with its wonderful garden. The historical centre, with its numerous small shops along narrow, stepped streets, passageways and arcades, is world-famous and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and it is possible to visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.


The flat is 200 m from the bus station and pier of Bellagio and 1 hour and 20 minutes by car from Orio al Serio airport.
