The holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac and is just a few minutes' walk from the lake shore. Apartments: The retreat consists of three residential units.
Two units (Berlioz and Delling) are located on the ground floor of the house, completed in 2019, each comprising approximately 40 sq m of living space and a 12 sq m terrace.
On the upper floor, there is an approximately 70 sq m unit (Lydia) with an approximately 10 sq m internal terrace. The minimalist and high-quality furnished apartments Berlioz and Delling each include a living/kitchen area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a Smart TV and a box-spring bed. The living rooms offer sleeping arrangements for 2 additional people on a box-spring sofa, allowing the apartments to comfortably accommodate 4 people each. All apartment bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Samsung Smart TVs. Furthermore, each sleeping arrangement features a box-spring construction.
The kitchens, from the renowned "Nolte" brand, are fully equipped and invite you to cook your own meals if you wish to spend a cozy evening indoors. Parking: Vehicles can be parked under a carport on the enclosed property.
One parking space is available free of charge per residential unit. Garden: The property's garden is available for all guests to use freely.
Garden chairs, loungers, and a grill can be used here. Pets: Pets are welcome for a fee. Das Objektiv befindet sich auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück in sehr ruhiger Lage.
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet.
Bei sehr schönem Wetter kann man auch die Terrasse und den Garten nutzen.
Für Auto und Fahrräder gab es einen sicheren Parkplatz.

Es war an fast alles gedacht, mehr als sonst üblich, besonders die kleinen Gastgeschenke haben uns gut gefallen, ebenso dass an den Vierbeiner gedacht wurde!
Nicht gefallen ist zu hart formuliert. Ein kleines DAB+Radio wäre nicht schlecht. Bedienungsanleitung für Deckenleuchten.
