This unique townhouse offers space for six people in a privileged location opposite the beach of Palma with unobstructed views, close to the cathedral and the park. The house has three floors. On the first level is the open-plan dining and living room with glass doors that flood the area with light and lead out onto the balcony.

This unique townhouse sleeps six people in a privileged location opposite Palma beach with uninterrupted views, close to the cathedral and the park. The house has three floors. On the first level is the open-plan dining and living room with glass doors that flood the area with light and lead out onto the balcony.
On this floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, a bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet.
The next level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with large double bed and desk, a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
Go up another level to the third large bedroom with twin beds, seating area, table and chairs overlooking the sea. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Staying in this townhouse will make you feel at home.

Nearby are the shopping districts of Colon, Jaime II, Borne, San Miguel, Sindicato and the El Corte Ingles department stores', as well as cafeterias, restaurants and boutiques.
Throughout the year, Palma hosts many festivals and celebrations, from art nights on the streets to medieval fairs, fireworks and live outdoor music. The city hosts international sailing events and connects to the other Balearic Islands by ferry.
Not forgetting the famous Tuesday night bustling "Routa Martiana" which takes place in the Plaza Mayor area where all the tapas bars are open offering tapas and beer or wine for €2.00 each. We ask for information on the day and time of your arrival and departure in order to organise the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
Prices for this property are in Euros.
Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after check-out via bank transfer. Therefore, we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of bank, IBAN, Swift or Bic number) either before or on arrival.
The heating of this accommodation is by gas. The cost is 10 euros per night. This is not included in the booking price and should be paid on the day of check-in.
Please note that if you arrive at the property after 21:00 there is a late check-in charge of €50 which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All rubbish must be removed from the house before your departure on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in a €50 surcharge.
