Just relax and feel good - that's the motto of this cosy roof terrace flat in Tutzing. Enjoy magnificent lake and mountain views from the 112 square metre maisonette-style flat with a 100 square metre, secluded roof terrace. If you prefer swimming with a mountain view, you can reach the lake in 3 minutes on foot. The centre of Tutzing and the train station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The hotel has its own car park. You can keep yourself informed via WLAN. This flat is something special all round!
The flat is exclusively furnished with parquet flooring, marble bathrooms and built-in furniture.
On the 2nd floor, which you can easily reach by lift, it is divided into a living/dining room (35 sqm), a bedroom (9 sqm) with adjoining large bathroom with shower and WC, a kitchen and a guest WC. Access to the bedroom is through the spacious dressing room.

The kitchen is fully equipped: Induction hob, modern oven & microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender and much more.

Gallery floor:
A staircase takes you to the 30 sqm gallery with another cosy living area. Here you will find a TV with satellite reception, a DVD player and a music system.
From the gallery you can reach a south-facing 100 square metre roof terrace with a wonderful view of the lake and the Alps. It is secluded, half covered with wooden panels and half lushly planted.

On the terrace there is garden furniture for relaxing.

In a separate room you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Bed linen and towels are included once in the price. We ask you to bring your own hand and bath towels for trips to the lake.

In the flat you will find books and games with which you can pass the time.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Arrival and departure times:
Even if you leave our flat tidy and tidy, it goes without saying that we will clean the flat again from scratch so that the next guest can also feel comfortable. You can move into the flat between 4 and 6 pm. Please leave the flat by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Miscellaneous

The flat is a fully equipped, spacious maisonette-style flat. A staircase leads to the upper living area and the south-west-facing roof terrace of over 100 square metres with lake and mountain views. The roof terrace is impregnable.
Half of the roof terrace is planted and half is covered with wooden panels. There is a dining table with two benches and chairs as well as deckchairs for relaxing. All the furniture is made of solid wood, some of it from Garpa.
