Enjoy a magnificent lake and mountain view from the 112 sqm maisonette-style apartment with a 100 sqm private roof terrace.
If you prefer swimming with a mountain view, the lake is a 5-minute walk away.
Tutzing town center and the train station are a 5-10 minute walk away.

This apartment is truly special all around! The apartment is exclusively equipped with parquet floors, marble bathrooms, and built-in furniture. It is located on the 2nd floor, which you can conveniently reach by elevator, and comprises a living/dining area, a bedroom (9 sqm) with an adjoining large bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen, and a guest toilet.
The access to the bedroom leads through a spacious dressing room. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, modern oven & microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and more. Gallery Level: A staircase leads you to the 30 sqm gallery with another cozy seating area.
Here you will find a TV, a DVD player, and a sound system. From the gallery, you can access the 100 sqm south-facing roof terrace with a wonderful lake and Alpine view.
