Property Description
This apartment is located on the first floor of our house and is decorated in a rustic Mexican style.
All windows face the quiet inner courtyard.
The apartment has a private balcony with a sea view.
The living area is divided into a dining area right by the window overlooking the balcony, a kitchenette, and the actual living area with a sofa and two armchairs.
The bathroom with shower is accessed from the bedroom.
The flat-screen TV has satellite reception with approximately 450 international channels, including all freely receivable German channels, as well as DVB-T reception with common Spanish TV channels by switching on the remote control.
Additionally, Netflix can be provided free of charge upon request.
Our house has a fiber optic internet connection, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all accommodations and on the roof terrace. The "Apartamentos Monasterio de San Antonio" holiday apartment building is a beautiful, over 200-year-old former monastery building with a typical inner courtyard, winding staircases, and a large communal sun terrace with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
It is a fine example of Canarian architecture.
During the complete restoration in 1996, the originality and charm of the house were fully preserved.
The tourist rental of the first holiday apartments also began this year.
The mostly young international guests gladly use Apartamentos Monasterio de San Antonio as an ideal starting point for mountain biking or hiking tours, as well as for excursions to the diverse regions of the island.
The house is located on the green outskirts of Icod de los Vinos at approximately 325 meters above sea level.
The famous Dragon Tree and the historic town center are only about 800 meters away.
It is a quiet location with beautiful mountain and Atlantic views.
Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are also nearby.
One of the largest volcanic caves (La Cueva del Viento) is also very close, and the nearest beach (Playa de San Marcos) with bars and restaurants is just 3.5 km away.
