The apartment is located just a 2-3 minute walk from the Graz Opera House.
The Provincial Government Office of Styria and the Karl Franzens University are also just a few minutes' walk away.

We offer a convenient parking option in the Opera garage.

Die Bilder und die Beschreibung im Angebot entsprachen nicht den Tatsachen.
Wir haben anhand der Bilder und der Beschreibung eine größere Wohnung erwartet. Das Bett war unter dem Podest und konnte auf Rollen rausgezogen werden. Damit war der meiste Raum vollgestellt.
