Description of the accommodation

Fully furnished flat in the centre of Graz.
You can use the in-house WLAN.
There is also a possibility to wash your own laundry with self-purchased detergent.
Pets are welcome.
The flat is only a 2-3 minute walk from the Graz Opera House.
The Office of the Styrian Provincial Government and Karl Franzens University are also just a few minutes' walk away.
AVL Graz, Magna, Knapp, NXP, MedUni Graz etc. are easily accessible by public transport or by car.
We offer affordable parking in the opera garage. A price can be agreed for longer rentals (over one month).
We do not offer a service. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. These can be brought along or rented for EUR 11.00/person/stay. It is a pure rent in kind. This does not include any services such as changing bed linen or similar.

Other

WC paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, washing-up liquid etc. are not provided and must be organised independently.
