The gîte has a large living room with dining/lounge area and kitchen leading onto the terrace (with views over the river and forest). From the lounge you will also have access to two bedrooms (one with a double bed in 160, and one with two single beds) as well as a shower room.
A laundry room is located in the basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The gîte is also equipped with a private SPA accessible from 01/05 to 30/09 at the following rate (rate applicable per day):
€25 per day for stays of 2 to 4 nights
€20 per day for stays of 5 nights or more
and a large grassed area
The rate includes bed linen (beds made on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning and utilities.It is situated in a green setting on the heights of the village, walled (surrounding wall all around the park), the garden (50 ares) is crossed by a small stream and also has a forest (about 1.5hectares).
You will be the only one on the estate.
It will be the ideal place to stay with your family or friends, offering total peace and quiet and total peace of mind, but with quick access to the riches of our department (walks in the vineyards, museums, shops etc....)
Marc, the owner, is a winegrower and will be able to offer you an explanation of champagne, a visit and even a tasting if you wish.
