Seafront villa with direct access to the water, located in the prestigious residential area of Coveta Fumá in El Campello, near Alicante on the Costa Blanca.
The villa is spacious and exclusive, featuring 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests.
Extra beds can be added on request, allowing up to 20 people for an additional fee. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included.
High chairs and baby cots are available free of charge upon prior request. The sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), four double beds (150 × 200 cm), four single beds (90 × 190 cm), and a bunk bed with two mattresses (80 × 200 cm). Entering directly through the living room, you feel as if you are above the sea. The spacious floor-to-ceiling glass lounge offers exceptional views of the Mediterranean, the coast of El Campello, and Playa de San Juan/Alicante. The outdoor area features a magnificent 11.5 × 4.5 m pool with a heat pump.
In winter, pool heating is available on request for an additional fee. The villa also offers air conditioning, elevator, gas barbecue, billiards and ping pong tables, gym, garage for 2 cars, and additional parking on the property. The tram station (Cala Piteres stop) is 900 m away, with connections to Alicante or Benidorm.
Supermarkets and restaurants are 2 km away or one tram stop (Coveta Fumá).
