Booking conditions:

The AGBH's 2006 apply. The cancellation conditions for winter 2021/2022 have been relaxed and differ from the AGBH's as follows:

up to 60 days before the day of arrival a cancellation free of charge is possible
from 59 days before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price is due
in case of late arrival or early departure we charge 90 % of the total arrangement price.

Please note that cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

In the event of border closures, lockdowns or accommodation bans immediately before departure, no cancellation costs will be charged in accordance with Austrian law. You can credit the deposit to a new date or your money will be refunded.

Our hotel is located 4 km from Ischgl. Drive from Ischgl along the main road towards Galtür - after 4 km you will reach the village of Mathon - here you will find our hotel on the left-hand side.
